Inside Out Omelette
I love fried cheese and omelets and tried this one day. It turned out great.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c shredded cheddar (or any cheese)
- 2 Tbsp butter
- Add All Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Heat a non-stick skillet and add butter.
Step 2
Once butter is melted add cheese.
Step 3
Once cheese begins to bubble, add scrambled eggs on top of the cheese.
Step 4
Once egg is nearly cooked, flip over so that the cheese side is up.
Step 5
When thoroughly cooked, flip onto plate and fold over. This will leave the cheese on the outside and fluffy egg inside.
Step 6
You can add avocado, bacon or any extras you want before you fold it over.
