Bacon Cheese Quiche
June 1, 2001, I was blessed with an amazing boy. Nathan is 13 years old, recently made the school soccer team, and excels in his studies. He is also a member of the O'Neal Science Olympiad team, budding artist, and practical smiling joker! In his "downtime" he kicks CF butt!

Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 1 c of your favorite cheese
- 11 oz fried bacon
- Add All Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
Whisk eggs and cream in a large bowl until well blended.
Step 3
Add cheese into the egg mixture.
Step 4
Crumble most of the bacon into the bottom of pie crust.
Step 5
Pour egg mixture over bacon.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 325 degrees.
Step 7
Continue to cook for 35 minutes longer or until toothpick comes out clean in center of your quiche.
Step 8
Sprinkle remaining bacon on top of your quiche.
