Crockpot Breakfast
I found a recipe similar to this when I was going to have a lot of company over for Christmas one year. I've tweaked it to accommodate my family's tastes.

Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1 1/2 c whole milk or cream
- 32 oz frozen hashbrowns
- 4 c shredded cheese
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp pepper
- Add All Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Cook sausage in skillet and drain.
Step 2
Mix eggs, milk or cream, mustard, salt & pepper until well combined.
Step 3
Line crockpot with crockpot liner.
Step 4
Mix all ingredients in a 5 or 6 quart crockpot; cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
