Spike Milkshake

Christian developed the Spike Milkshake recipe a few years ago after finding that he just was not content with the other high calorie, high protein juices and shakes he was being offered to drink all the time from his parents and the CF Care Team. Both his parents and CF Care Team often scratched their head at finding a way to keep Christian's active body healthy with the proper nutrients. Out of frustration one day he told his mom he was going to make a shake. Knowing her son's determination, she said ok and the rest is history. Christian put together the ingredients that he likes, named it Spike because it made him feel strong and had its own 'pizzazz' in its taste like the name, and took it to CF Clinic and gave it to his nutritionist. Ever since, Christian has known that he has some say, even as a kid, in taking care of his own body. This milkshake is just the beginning for Christian and his portfolio of delicious, easy and quick to make recipes for kids on the go like himself.
