Super Healthy High Calorie 8oz. Smoothie

My 4 ½ year old with cystic fibrosis has this smoothie everyday as her last meal and loves it. She is in the 90th percentile for her height and weight.

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 Small handful of other fresh or frozen fruit
  • 1 Small handful of walnuts or other nuts
  • 3 each Pepperidge Farm butter cookies
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla ice cream
  • 1 Tbsp full-fat Greek yogurt
  • Add All Ingredients


Step 1
Use a hand blender to mix all the ingredients together to make a delicious high calorie 8oz smoothie.
