Key Lime Pie
Everybody loves dessert, and this one is a perennial favorite. It is quick to prepare, and adds a nice calorie punch at the end of a meal or for a bedtime snack. My oldest son, Jonathan, is a CF warrior.

Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 5 egg yolks, beaten
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 c lime juice
- 1/4 c lime zest
- Lime wedges
- Whipped cream
- Add All Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Separate eggs and beat the yolks in a medium bowl.
Step 2
Add the condensed milk, lime juice and zest; mix well.
Step 3
Pour into the prepared pie crust and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Allow to cool, then garnish with whipped cream and lime wedges.
