Quick Banana Bread

My son loves this recipe! It's hard to get him to eat fruit, so at least he gets some bananas with this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c mashed ripe banana
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 1/3 c Bisquick
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 c vegetable oil
  • Add All Ingredients

Instructions

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hr

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2
Generously grease bottom of loaf pan (9"x5"x3").

Step 3
Stir all ingredients in pan with fork until moistened, beat vigorously for 1 minute.

Step 4
Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 55-65 minutes.

Step 5
Cool 5 minutes.

Step 6
Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf to loosen; remove from pan.
