Loaded Cheesy Bread
My 12-year-old granddaughter, Hayley, has CF. This is a quick and easy recipe that is loaded with fat and calories. It's a meal in itself.

Ingredients
- 1 loaf of sourdough French bread
- 1 c mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 stick(s) butter
- 2 c crab or shrimp (canned or fresh)
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp green onion, chopped
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Add All Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Cut loaf in half length-wise.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together and spread on bread.
Step 3
Broil on low for about 15 min, or until bread bubbles and turns brown being careful not to burn.
Step 4
Slice and serve.
