Pasta Salad

This has always been a crowd pleaser; this recipe was an integral part of dating my future hubby. This recipe is for a young girl that is friends of the family. We used to be neighbors and went to church together.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb spiral pasta
  • 1 pkg frozen broccoli
  • 1 pkg crab meat
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp tumeric
  • 1 Tbsp pepper
  • 4 Tbsp garlic
  • 48 oz ranch dressing
  • Add All Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta half the time of what the box indicates--you want the noodles to be firm.

Step 2
As pasta is cooking, use a colander to steam the broccoli.

Step 3
Once cooked, drain pasta over broccoli and add both back to the pot.

Step 4
Chop or shred crab meat into pasta.

Step 5
Add cleaned and cooked shrimp (cut into bite size chunks).

Step 6
Add two bottles of chilled ranch dressing and seasonings to pasta.

Step 7
Mix ingredients together then refrigerate until chilled.
