Overnight or 24 Hour Salad

My daughter had CF and we had our own recipe book so I am sharing a few with you now. Hope they become some favorites of others.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of lettuce, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 large red onion, thinly slices
  • 1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 c grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 c mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp Stevia liquid
  • Add All Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1
Put these ingredients in a large bowl in the following order: 1 head of lettuce in bite size pieces, 1 head of broccoli and 1 head of cauliflower in florets, 1 red onion sliced in small pieces,1 lb. bacon cooked crisp and crumbled and 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese.

Step 2
In another bowl mix mayo with Stevia and spread over the top of the salad. Refrigerate overnight or 24 hours. Mix when ready to serve.
