Great Aunt Sarah's Chicken and Dumplings

My best friend's brother had CF which inspired me to go into nursing specifically to care for people with CF. Since 1976 I have been caring for people with CF and have made many wonderful friends throughout the CF community. This is my favorite childhood comfort food dish. My mom's Aunt Sarah taught my mom to make this and my mom taught me. It is really good on cold winter days and sticks to your ribs.
